Blue Lake Villas is located in Waxahachie, Texas. The first phase of 186 units was so successful that an adjacent second phase of 70 units was built. This Ellis County market had only seen one new multi-family complex constructed in the prior 15-20 years, and due to constant growth in the area, was very much in need of new luxury product.

Blue Lake was an existing spring-fed former rock quarry, and it made a beautiful backdrop for our project. At the very start of construction, we installed a fountain in the lake that shoots majestically up fifty feet into the air, and is wonderfully lit at night. Views to the lake and lovely pool area were maximized in the site planning.
