Mariposa Villas is nestled into the heavily treed, rolling terrain of southwest Dallas. The site was attractive because it sat in an oasis, surrounded by a nature preserve, a community college, an elementary school, a high school, and nice new single family development. There was easy access to major highways, but it was far enough away not to be bothered by the noise.

The “Austin-stone” type façade seemed to fit well with the natural landscape. Trees were saved on the site at every possible place. This 216 unit project leased very quickly and has been a real success.
