The Venue at Home Town is a mixed-use project, built in the “New Urban” style. Four of the seven buildings feature two floors of apartments over one-story retail, with two three-story apartment buildings at the rear of the site, facing the City’s new library building. The front building is single-story retail.

The Venue is the front door into the Home Town development, a 287 acre master-planned community with single-family homes, schools, pocket parks, a chain of lakes, walking paths, townhomes and more.
